Sea Save Foundation leaders worked closely with Assemblyman Paul Fong the co-sponsor of AB- 376. This was the California No Fin bill. We circulated a petition, gathering over 20,000 California signatures. We presented the petition to the California Senate and to Governor Jerry Brown. The bill was passed into law. This law makes it illegal to sell shark fins in California.
